  • to join our team at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in East Moline, Illinois. As a vital member of our healthcare team, the DOR will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality rehabilitation services.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and UC Davis Rehabilitation services
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, with collaboration from the interdisciplinary team, to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to ensure excellent patient care and staff development
  • Collaborate with the medical director to develop and implement policies and procedures for rehabilitation services
  • Analyze and report on rehabilitation data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of strategic plans and goals
