Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the rehabilitation team, including Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans. Collaborate with health care professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training for staff. Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively. Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and patients.
