1 Position Summary The Director of Therapy provides leadership, supervision, and oversight for WASAC's therapy program while also maintaining a direct clinical caseload of survivors impacted by sexual violence. This position supervises the agency's therapy team, ensures the delivery of trauma-informed and survivor-centered therapeutic services, oversees therapy referrals and waitlist coordination, and maintains best practice standards related to confidentiality, ethical care, documentation, and survivor autonomy. The Director of Therapy collaborates closely with advocacy staff and agency leadership to ensure survivors across Sedgwick, Sumner, and Cowley Counties receive accessible, high-quality therapeutic support aligned with WASAC's mission and values.
