We are a fast-growing pediatric outpatient therapy company serving children and families through Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services. We are seeking a passionate therapist leader to step into a Clinic Director role at our Richmond location. This position is ideal for a therapist who loves both clinical care and leadership. The Clinic Director will maintain a caseload approximately 50% of the time while also leading clinic operations, supporting therapists and managers, driving culture, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Clinical Leadership Provide direct patient care approximately 50% of the work week Support therapists in delivering evidence-based, high-quality care Conduct documentation audits and quality control reviews Assist with onboarding, mentorship, and therapist development Support clinical programming and specialty services Team Leadership Lead, manage, and hold accountable therapy managers Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with leadership team members Foster a positive, growth-minded clinic culture Support conflict resolution and parent concerns Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development Operations & Oversight Monitor therapist productivity and scheduling Oversee clinic supplies, equipment, and environment Participate in leadership meetings and company initiatives Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and billing best practices Help drive clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and team morale Required Qualifications Licensed therapist in Kentucky (OT, PT, or SLP) Previous leadership or management experience required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Passion for mentorship, team development, and pediatric therapy Ability to balance clinical care with leadership responsibilities Ideal Candidate You are: Solution-driven Supportive and encouraging Growth-minded Family-centered Results-oriented You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love developing teams, and care deeply about creating a clinic culture where both families and employees feel supported.
