What You'll Do:
Support the Director of Therapy in planning, organizing, and directing therapy services Supervise therapy staff and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards Evaluate residents' therapy needs and coordinate individualized treatment plans Monitor quality outcomes, documentation accuracy, and therapy efficiency Collaborate with nursing, social services, and other departments to enhance resident care Assist with staff education, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for mentoring staff and promoting excellence in resident care Ready to Lead the Rehabilitation Revolution?
