Required Skills:
Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a rehabilitation setting Strong understanding of clinical operations and multidisciplinary teamwork Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to monitor and ensure compliance with policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in developing and implementing clinical programs and initiatives Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with program development and quality improvement projects Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Previous experience in a management role within a skilled nursing or rehab facility
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Rehabilitative Sciences, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in rehab or healthcare settings Valid licensure or certification applicable to rehab disciplines (e.g., PTA, SLP, OT, PT)
