Job Description

Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Full-Time Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center North Andover, MA $85,000-$115,000/year Post Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department within a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This is a leadership opportunity for a licensed therapist who enjoys building strong teams, overseeing operations, and supporting quality resident outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department including PT, OT, and SLP services Lead therapy staff scheduling, workflow, department productivity, and daily clinical coordination Partner with nursing, physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care plans Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, facility policies, and clinical documentation standards Monitor department performance, therapy outcomes, and quality initiatives Assist with staff onboarding, mentorship, and team development

Qualifications:
Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required Skilled nursing experience required Prior rehab leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and team management skills Working knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and rehab operations Direct Hire. No Agency.
