• 115,000 We are seeking a full-time Director of Rehab Services to oversee therapy operations in a skilled nursing facility.

This position is ideal for a licensed PT or OT with experience managing teams and driving clinical performance.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate daily department activities and ensure smooth operations Supervise therapy staff, including scheduling, productivity, and performance Maintain compliance with clinical guidelines and reimbursement standards Work with facility leadership to support resident care initiatives Review program effectiveness and implement improvements Ensure accurate and timely documentation across the department

Qualifications:
