Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) -
Full-Time LTC Therapy:
Blackstone Valley HealthRehabilitation Whitinsville, MA $100,000-$115,000/year LTC Therapy is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department at Blackstone Valley HealthRehabilitation. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed therapist who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting.
Position Responsibilities:
Direct the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary therapy team Coordinate with nursing, physicians, administration, and other departments to ensure seamless resident care Monitor department performance, productivity, and clinical outcomes Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements Assist with staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management Support quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care planning

Qualifications:
Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required Skilled nursing facility experience required Prior rehabilitation leadership experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and rehabilitation operations preferred Direct Hire.
