This role is responsible for coordinating clinical operations, supporting staff, and ensuring effective care delivery for residents.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Guide daily department functions and ensure efficient workflow Lead, coach, and evaluate therapy team members Oversee scheduling, caseload distribution, and service delivery Ensure programs align with regulatory and reimbursement standards Partner with facility leadership and clinical teams to support resident care Track outcomes and implement process improvements Maintain accurate records and reporting
