Located in the heart of Worcester, MA, our center is recognized for clinical excellence and innovative programming, including a state-of-the-art home dialysis den and integrative Pulmonary Program. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a talented team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, working closely with our Assistant Director of Rehabilitation and Therapy Tech to drive outstanding resident outcomes. Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities Provide direct oversight in the scheduling of a team of therapists and assistants; as well as ensure the department is staffed appropriately to meet the needs of the residents at the center. Supports the company mission and values and instills these in the team of therapy clinicians. Monitors the standard of clinical services delivered to ensure services are evidenced based and exceed regulatory compliance. Manages the recruitment and onboarding process of new therapy employees including the onboarding process, annual competency and review process, as well as a progressive discipline. Leads the team of clinicians through one's own practice of therapy delivery. Assists in the development and roll out of ongoing and innovative quality therapy programming at the center. Participates in the Center's marketing initiatives. Regularly attends facility meetings and training as directed. Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy Program Current and in good standing discipline specific state license. Minimum of (1) year experience in a management or director role at a Skilled Nursing Facility Our facility is conveniently located in the great community of Worcester, MA with free onsite parking.
