Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the rehabilitation department including PT, OT, and SLP services Manage scheduling, productivity, staffing, and department performance Ensure compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and state/federal regulations Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives Mentor and support therapy staff while fostering a positive team environmentQualifications:
Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required Previous skilled nursing and rehab leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of rehab operations, compliance, and documentation standards Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsWhy Join Autumn Lake:
