Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the therapy department, including scheduling, staff management, and budgeting Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as state and federal laws, as well as industry standards and best practices Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations Recruit, train, and supervise a team of skilled therapists, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs and services, making recommendations for improvement as needed Participate in quality improvement initiatives and quality assessment processes About the
