RehabVisions is hiring a full-time Rehab Director in Willmar, Minnesota. This is a treating leadership role in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), ideal for a therapist who wants to combine patient care with team leadership, program oversight, and department growth. We are open to the following disciplines: Physical Therapist (PT) Occupational Therapist (OT) Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

Pay Range:

PT /

OT:

$40-$45/hour

OTA:

$30-$35/hour This role includes a 70-75% productivity expectation in a treating leadership model.
