Arbor View Nursing and Rehab in Cedar Hill, MO has an amazing opportunity for a Director of Rehab to lead their In-House Therapy Team! As the Director of Rehab, you will oversee therapy operations, ensure high-quality clinical outcomes, support staff development, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. This is a leadership role with a strong focus on collaboration, integrity, and excellence in service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise, orient, and train Rehab Department Treat/ Direct Patient Care Coordinate treatment activity between disciplines and team members Assist with the interview process for hiring Ensure that therapists and therapy assistants are compliant with documentation. Communicate effectively with administration regarding department programs, goals, objectives, risks, and successes. Ensure timely and accurate billing of services provided and completion of required documentation and maintain quality of services. Attends all mandatory meetings and training Assures all patient care activities are performed according to the company policies and procedures Contribute to client relations and community education activities
