Job Description
Overview Ignite your leadership potential as a Director of Rehabilitation, where you will spearhead innovative rehabilitation programs and foster a compassionate, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to diverse patient needs. Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists, technicians, and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with medical staff to create individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and regulatory standards. Oversee daily clinical operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation accuracy. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development, teamwork, and patient satisfaction. Skills Proven leadership experience in rehabilitation services or related healthcare fields. Strong knowledge of clinical best practices in physical, occupational, or speech therapy. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with medical teams, patients, and families. Ability to develop strategic plans that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, reimbursement processes, and documentation requirements. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, staffing, and resource planning effectively.
