As the region's leading specialty hospital, we care for individuals who have survived serious illness, trauma, or surgery but require extended recovery time and a higher level of medical attention than typically provided in a traditional hospital setting. Our dual mission includes both long-term acute care and comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation. We offer specialized services such as ventilator weaning and respiratory therapy, cardiac monitoring and recovery, complex wound and infection treatment, and intensive rehabilitation for patients regaining strength, mobility, and independence after prolonged ICU stays. Our rehabilitation program includes Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), tailored to each patient's unique goals for recovery. With all private rooms and a highly skilled team—including physicians, ICU/critical care nurses and respiratory therapists, —we deliver individualized, compassionate care that supports both medical stability and functional progress. Position overview - As a Clinical Liaison, you are responsible for evaluating patients for admission, educate referral partners on the value of inpatient rehabilitation, and driving growth within an assigned territory. You will collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and hospital leadership to ensure timely access to care while representing our hospital with professionalism, credibility, and accountability. What You Bring Active clinical license required: LPN, RN, PT, OT, SLP, or RT Experience in a healthcare setting promoting programs or services Strong clinical assessment and admission decision‑making skills Proven ability to build and sustain professional referral relationships Patient‑focused mindset with a high level of integrity and follow‑through Self‑motivated, organized, and accountable for results
