REHAB DIRECTOR
(PTA/COTA) Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
Job Requirements:
EDUCATION
Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
CERTIFICATE / LICENSE
Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
EXPERIENCE
Previous Rehab SNF and Management experience is Preferred. •Please include your total SNF years of experience and any prior Management experience.•Visit www.libertyhealthcareandrehab.com for more information. Background checks/Drug free workplace. EOE.
