This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with strong clinical and supervisory experience in a SNF setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all daily operations of the Rehabilitation Department Supervise, mentor, and support the therapy team Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory and clinical standards Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team Track clinical outcomes and continuously improve service quality Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reporting in a timely manner Participate in staff training, development, and performance management
Qualifications:
Active state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) (required) Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility Prior leadership or supervisory experience in rehabilitation (strongly preferred) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation regulations, Medicare guidelines, and current best practices
