40 hours 5 days a week Weekend rotation 72 bed nursing home, offers long term care, short term care, respite care and memory care unit. Adult to geriatric patient population. Lafayette Center, located in the picturesque town of Franconia, NH, is a small and welcoming facility offering exceptional care for its 72 residents. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Franconia Notch State Park and the White Mountain National Forest, this nursing home provides a serene environment that complements its high-quality medical and personal care services.
