Overview Full-time Director of Rehab
  • PT, OT or SLP Harrogate Village
  • Lakewood, NJ (retirement community) Salary range: $115
  • 120K As the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Harrogate Village, you will lead and oversee rehabilitation services within our Life Plan Community while promoting person-centered care, clinical excellence, collaboration, and quality outcomes for residents across all levels of care.

Responsibilities How you'll contribute
  • Responsible for the direction, coordination, and oversight of Rehabilitation Services, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and restorative programming.
  • Coordinates and supervises day-to-day department operations, staffing, scheduling, productivity, and service delivery to ensure quality resident outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
  • Monitors rehabilitation documentation, MDS tracking, Medicare reporting, therapy outcomes, patient satisfaction, and departmental quality indicators to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.

          Qualifications Qualifications and requirements:
          • Current New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
          • Experience with
          MDS/PDPM
          processes for sub-acute and long-term care residents.
          • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation practices, Medicare requirements, reimbursement systems, and regulatory standards.
          • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
          • Experience working within Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Life Plan Community settings preferred.
          • Commitment to person-centered care, quality outcomes, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
