• 110,000/year We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department within a skilled nursing facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated rehab leader who is passionate about clinical quality, team development, and strong patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the rehab department including PT, OT, and SLP services Lead scheduling, productivity management, and staff support Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, PDPM standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency Support hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and staff development initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required Skilled nursing facility experience required Previous rehab leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare regulations, and rehab operations
