The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who values teamwork, quality care, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Position Summary The Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. This role works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care and successful clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation company Lead and support therapy staff in providing quality resident care Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations Monitor therapy utilization, scheduling, documentation, and outcomes Collaborate with corporate, nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary team Assist with budgeting, staffing, and department performance goals Support resident satisfaction and customer service initiatives Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and physicians Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist Previous rehabilitation management or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of skilled nursing and long-term care regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with Medicare, PDPM, and therapy documentation systems preferred Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development We are looking for a compassionate leader who is passionate about improving the lives of residents and supporting a strong team culture.
