ASAP Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations within a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, and Post-Acute Care setting. This role is responsible for clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, staff development, quality improvement, and exceptional resident care. Key Responsibilities Lead nursing department operations Supervise nursing managers and staff Ensure regulatory compliance Maintain survey readiness Oversee resident care plans Monitor clinical outcomes Support infection prevention programs Drive quality improvement initiatives Manage staffing and scheduling Mentor and develop nursing teams Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments Promote resident satisfaction and safety Support employee engagement and retention Implement best clinical practices Qualifications Active RN license required Director of Nursing experience preferred ADON or Unit Manager experience considered Long-Term Care experience required Skilled Nursing Facility experience required Rehab or Post-Acute Care background preferred Strong leadership skills Excellent communication abilities Knowledge of CMS and state regulations Experience with quality measures and compliance Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Why Join This Assignment?
