Job Description

Director of Rehabilitation For over 60 years, St. Anne Home, a ministry of the Felician Sisters of North America, has been committed to offering superior health care services to the senior members of our community. We are seeking to fill the position of Director of Rehabilitation. Full-Time; Monday - Friday schedule.
Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications:
A valid, unrestricted Physical or Occupational Therapy or other Therapy license. Valid PA driver's license. Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing home, or other related health care facility. Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
Director of Rehabilitation Job Summary:
Orientation, training, supervision and review of rehabilitation personnel. Establish schedules and routines with the Rehab staff and other departments. Utilize computer software to track and trend therapy programs for reimbursement. Facilitate the integration of rehabilitation services. Perform direct patient care as necessary. Chart Audits (active and discharged rehabilitation patients). Identify, collect and evaluate Rehab programs. Prepare annual budget and recommend departmental purchases. Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance system. Assist facility with marketing plans. Participate in in-service education programs for Rehab staff and other departments.
