This individual will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for residents with complex pulmonary needs, while maintaining compliance and leading a strong respiratory team. $115,000-$150,000 Key Responsibilities Oversee all respiratory therapy services, including ventilator and tracheostomy care programs Supervise, train, and manage respiratory staff to ensure optimal patient care and coverage Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including DOH, CMS, and infection control standards Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes and patient care Qualifications Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a SNF or hospital setting Strong experience managing ventilators, trachs, and complex respiratory cases
