$90,000.00 to $120,000.00 About the Opportunity Intellyk Inc is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services at a premier skilled nursing facility in Belle Fourche, South Dakota . This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA) who wants to make a real impact in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devil's Tower, Needle's Highway, Sturgis, Deadwood, The Black Hills Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the rehabilitation department in a skilled nursing facility Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for short-term rehab and long-term care residents Supervise, mentor, and support a high-performing therapy team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) Ensure compliance with regulatory and reimbursement guidelines Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve quality and performance goals Foster a positive, patient-first culture Qualifications Licensed Therapist in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed): PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA Graduate of an accredited therapy program Minimum 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation Facility Information Intellyk Inc is proud to partner with this exceptional facility in Belle Fourche, SD. #
