Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Rolling Hills Nursing & Rehab - Belle Fourche, SD Full-Time |
Days Salary:
$90,000-$120,000 Rolling Hills Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department and oversee the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities Manage daily rehab department operations Supervise and support therapy staff Ensure quality patient care and positive outcomes Oversee treatment planning, documentation, and compliance Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Monitor productivity and department performance Qualifications Licensed PT, OT, SLP/ST, PTA, or COTA in South Dakota (or eligible for licensure) Graduate of an accredited therapy program Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred Previous management or DOR experience preferred .
