Full-Time Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Director of Rehabilitation for an exciting permanent opportunity in Belle Fourche, SD. Responsibilities Lead and manage rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies Supervise and support therapy staff, including PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Oversee documentation accuracy, quality assurance, and clinical audits Support staff development, training, and performance evaluations Drive departmental efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes Requirements Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) required South Dakota license or eligibility for licensure required Graduate of an accredited therapy program required Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation department Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards Experience managing multidisciplinary therapy teams For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
