Job Description

About the Role Baxter Services is seeking a Director of Rehab Division to lead the financial and operational performance of our growing rehab business line. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of rehab orders—from initial intake (fax/referral) through delivery and reimbursement—while driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and team performance. We are looking for a results-driven operator who can build systems, lead teams, and consistently meet or exceed performance targets. What You'll Do End-to-End Operations Oversee the full lifecycle of rehab orders (intake processing delivery reimbursement) Ensure all orders are completed accurately and within company timelines Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the order pipeline Revenue & Performance Own and achieve monthly revenue and operational targets Monitor key metrics including conversion rates, order cycle time, and backlog Drive improvements in throughput and revenue per order Team Leadership Recruit, hire, train, and lead all rehab division staff Establish KPIs and accountability across intake, processing, and delivery teams Build a high-performance, results-oriented culture Offshore Operations Oversee offshore team responsible for standard power equipment processing Ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with U.S. standards Vendor & Inventory Management Manage vendor relationships, pricing, and contracts Oversee product ordering and inventory levels Ensure product mix aligns with profitability and reimbursement goals Financial & Operational Oversight Own division P&L performance, including revenue and margin Analyze financial reports and identify growth opportunities Develop and manage budgets aligned with company goals Compliance & Quality Ensure all operations meet Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements Maintain audit-ready documentation and clean claims processes What We're Looking For 3+ years experience in DME, rehab, or healthcare operations (preferred) Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement and documentation workflows Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving results Experience managing order pipelines, intake processes, or revenue cycle operations Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Physical requirements While performing the duties of this position, employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time and must talk and hear. Occasional stooping, bending, twisting and crouching may be required. The employee sits, walks, kneels and reaches with hands and arms. May be required to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
