Job Description
Job Overview Resilient Healthcare is looking for a PT Manager in Training for our growing Fort Worth / West DFW market at Resilient Healthcare. This is a great opportunity for a high-performing, exceptional Physical Therapist to create a path into management.
How the role evolves:
Phase 1 - Training & Market Development You will start by treating orthopedic and post-surgical patients in the home while learning Resilient's Rehab at Home model, workflows, technology, and operations. During this phase, you will work closely with leadership while learning how to build and scale a territory. Phase 2 - Hybrid PT + Management Role As the market and team grow, the role transitions into a hybrid clinical + management position where you will continue treating while helping oversee therapists, support operations, assist with scheduling/coverage, and help recruit and build your local PT team. Goal is to eventually oversee a team within the Fort Worth market. Why it's unique: 1. This is not a sales role focused on finding patients 2. 1. Strong clinical skills 2. Active Texas PT license 3. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills 5. Desire be a leader. This is a full-time position with potential annual compensation of $120,000+, with four weeks' vacation.Pay:
