Growing Therapy Management Team! VITAL THERAPY, a growing management company for skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities throughout Texas, is currently recruiting for a full time, salaried regional manager of therapy services for the West Texas area. We seek a seasoned and dynamic therapist who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to support your DOR's in developing programs in long term care, functional maintenance, and other areas where you find your professional passion. A thorough understanding of PDPM and PSRR is required. We offer a small but amazing leadership team to work with as well as the freedom to expand your therapy career with our growing organization. Vital Therapy is a growing network of over 85 skilled nursing facilities located throughout Texas. We believe in giving our residents moments of joy each day, developing and supporting our leaders, and sharing a fierce commitment to quality of care.

Requirements:
Demonstrated multi-site therapy leadership experience Must reside in west Texas PT, PTA, OT, OTA or SLP license in the state of Texas
