Opportunity:

Ensign Services, Inc. (ESI) seeks an energetic and dynamic Therapy Resource with at least five years' experience in the skilled nursing facility environment to be part of its Central Texas area operations. This position can be held by a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist and offers a unique opportunity to support our in-house therapy programs in this region of Texas. Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Therapist (PT, OT or SLP) A minimum of five years' SNF experience Knowledge of PDPM coding rules and regulations Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the skilled nursing industry Ability to work with all levels of management on all aspects of therapy operations in a skilled nursing setting

Duties:

Works closely with Directors of Rehabilitation and other facility leadership to ensure excellence in delivery of therapy services. Supports the facility team in whatever ways possible. Develops and maintains Ensign culture with all members of the therapy team. Identifies areas of potential improvement and creates and implements training to accomplish this goal Ensures adherence to state and federal regulations pertaining to our industry Travel required 90% of the time, up to 150 miles Candidate location in the Central/South Central, TX area
