Responsibilities Lead and inspire the rehabilitation team to deliver exceptional patient care across multiple therapy disciplines, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Develop and implement clinical protocols and treatment plans aligned with best practices and regulatory standards. Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with healthcare policies. Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient treatment plans and optimize recovery outcomes. Monitor departmental performance through data analysis, quality assurance measures, and patient satisfaction surveys to foster continuous improvement. Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and accreditation requirements. Skills Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation therapies, clinical procedures, and healthcare regulations. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with medical professionals, patients, families, and administrative staff. Ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals while maintaining operational excellence. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care with a focus on quality improvement initiatives. Relevant licensure or certification in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology or related fields is required; advanced degrees are preferred. Pay:
$93,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
