Full-Time We're looking for a licensed PT, PTA, OTR, COTA, or SLP to lead our rehabilitation department. As DOR, you'll have the opportunity to build on an established therapy program, develop your team, and partner with facility leadership to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys mentoring clinicians, creating accountability, and helping both patients and staff reach their full potential. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for the rehabilitation department Support and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team through coaching, mentorship, and accountability Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and day-to-day department operations Ensure high standards for clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated resident care Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Recruit, onboard, and retain talented therapy professionals Promote a positive culture centered on teamwork, communication, and exceptional patient care Qualifications Current Texas license as a PT, PTA, OTR, COTA, or SLP required Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience required Previous rehabilitation leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why You'll Love This Opportunity Leadership isn't just a title here—it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
