Eligibility for benefits may vary by location and is determined by employment status Job Summary This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus Responsible for the oversight and management of the Rehabilitation Department, consisting of PT, OT and/or Speech as well as the Cardiopulmonary Department consisting of respiratory therapy and EEG services. Assesses, plans, and implements processes relating to patient evaluation and treatment, as required. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Develops and manages the operating and capital budgets; directs daily operations and performance of staff; has ability to hire, fire and discipline. Qualifications Education:
Required:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, or Respiratory Therapy or Bachelor's degree required in related field Preferred:
Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in related field. Experience:
