Job Description
We are pleased to announce a Director of Rehab position in our beautiful Logan, UT location. We're excited to offer our DOR up to a $10k signing bonus. Prior Director of Rehab experience is highly preferred or, as an equivalent, 5+ years as a lead therapist in a SNF/Rehab setting required. This position is full time and includes a comprehensive benefit package. Our Director of Rehab would be responsible for the following: Recruit, hire and train physical and occupational therapy staff. Develop departmental budgets and oversee financial matters. Understand federal and local regulations and ensure the facility follows them. Provide patient and facility data to stakeholders upon request. Serve as liaisons between physicians, nursing staff and physical and occupational therapists. We are dedicated to providing optimum physical, occupational, and speech therapies to our patients. The Director of Rehab must hold a current therapist license in the following areas: OT, COTA, SLP, PT, or PTA.
