About the
Role:
As the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) , you'll oversee a vibrant rehab department that provides PT, OT, and SLP services in a skilled nursing setting. Your leadership will shape the success of both your team and our residents' recovery journeys.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team Coordinate and supervise all rehab services to ensure top-quality care Monitor clinical outcomes and drive performance improvement Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams for optimal resident care
What We're Looking For:
Licensed
PT/PTA/OT/SLP
( Required ) Minimum 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a SNF/LTC setting Required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for patient-centered care and team development
