| Net Health & PCC | Full-Time Open to Licensed PT or OT Are you a motivated Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist ready to step into a leadership role where you can truly drive outcomes and build an exceptional team? St. Johnsbury Center for Living & Rehabilitation is looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting. What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the rehab department Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary therapy team Manage scheduling, staffing, and productivity Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations Monitor clinical outcomes and quality measures Partner with facility leadership and interdisciplinary team members Ensure accurate and timely documentation in
Net Health and PCC What We're Looking For:
Active Vermont PT or OT license SNF/LTC experience required Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and rehab operations Excellent organizational and communication skills A positive, solution-oriented leadership style Why St. Johnsbury Center for Living & Rehabilitation?
