Full-Time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Opportunity in Florence, WI! Lead a Passionate Rehab Team at Florence Health Services! Florence, WI Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Florence Health Services a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.

MUST BE A LICENSED THERAPIST.

Position Highlights:

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
