What You'll Do:

Be responsible for treating patients. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of therapy professionals Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence Oversee daily rehab operations including staffing, scheduling, and productivity Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care plans Support program development, quality initiatives, and community engagement Build strong relationships with patients, families, and facility staff

What You Bring:

Active PTA, COTA, SLP, PT, or OT license in good standing Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role Solid clinical skills with a patient-centered approach Strong communication, organization, and team-building abilities Experience in skilled nursing preferred; knowledge of reimbursement systems a plus
