Qualifications:
Current certification/registration as an EP (Electrophysiology) Technologist Demonstrated experience in cardiac EP procedures, including ablations, device implants, and mapping systems Familiarity with operation and troubleshooting of a variety of EP and imaging equipment Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction and multidisciplinary teamwork Adaptability to new settings and protocols
Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate imaging and EP equipment according to established protocols Assist physicians with EP studies, ablation therapy, and implantation of devices Ensure detailed and accurate documentation of procedures and patient data Monitor patient safety, comfort, and privacy throughout procedures Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and technical staff to deliver high-quality care Maintain compliance with facility regulations and radiation safety standards
