Pivotal Health is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EKG Technician to join our Cardiac Monitoring Center in Melbourne, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rhythm interpretation, critical thinking, and working in a fast-paced clinical environment. If you are comfortable reading ECG rhythm strips and want to be part of a clinical team that makes a real difference, this could be a great opportunity for you. What You'll Do Analyze ambulatory ECG transmissions and identify arrhythmias Prepare accurate, physician-ready reports using monitoring software Ensure timely report completion while maintaining high quality standards Monitor transmissions and escalate critical findings when necessary Maintain required certifications and continuing education Work collaboratively with clinical and operations teams Support daily workflow and productivity goals in a 24/7 monitoring environment ✅ Requirements High School Diploma required Completion of a basic ECG course Ability to interpret ECG rhythm strips independently Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience CCT, EMT-B, EMT-P, or RN required CCT certification required within 90 days of hire if not already certified Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel) Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Detail oriented and accurate Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and self-motivated Strong communication skills Team oriented with a positive attitude High level of professionalism and integrity About Pivotal Health Pivotal Health provides cardiac and sleep diagnostic services to hospitals and healthcare systems across the country.
