What you should expect to do in this role: + Demonstrates the ability to independently utilizes Electroencephalograph equipment and impedance meter equipment + Independently utilizes EEG technology including A-D conversion, impedance, common mode rejection, filters and sensitivity settings and montages + Demonstrates ability to monitor normal and abnormal EEG patterns, neuroanatomy and physiology associated with EEG + Measurement and application of electrodes using the internal 10-20 system of placement with adults and pediatrics + Documents all patient related activities in a manner that is thorough, clear, timely and allows for easy retrieval of information and is consistent with medical center policies and procedures + Assists the organization in incorporating the guiding principles into its education practices and in creating an environment responsive to change + Independently performs routine
