Job Description

Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) across various hospital locations Conduct cardiac stress tests following physician protocols Ensure accurate electrode placement and artifact-free tracings Maintain and document emergency equipment functionality Prepare patients for testing and communicate any physical limitations Operate EHR systems to enter and retrieve patient data Collaborate with clinical teams and report equipment issues promptly Support infection control and universal precautions consistently High school diploma or GED required Prior EKG Technician experience preferred Current BLS (CPR) certification required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols Knowledge of medical terminology a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), along with sustained attention to detail and clear communication. You'll be working in clinical environments with potential exposure to bodily fluids and medical equipment.
