Job Description

Astir Oath Neurodiagnostics is a premier neurodiagnostic company. We provide in home and outpatient (in-office) routine and long term (LTM) electroencephalogram (EEG) testing. Come and join the Astir Oath Neurodiagnostic family where we practice and preach "your health is our oath".

Salisbury, Fruitland, and Delmar, DE and surrounding areas.
Position Summary:
The neurodiagnostic technologist in this role will be responsible for In-home or In-office setup of ambulatory EEGs utilizing the 10-20 placement. The technologist will play a vital role by providing mobile EEG services to our physicians, patient's and their families. We are looking for someone that is team oriented, dependable, reliable, proficient, and who can perform duties independently.
Experience/Credentials:
New graduate or experienced EEG technologist with at least 2 years of EEG experience. Certification in CPR-BLS for Healthcare Providers (required) ABRET registration is not required but is a plus
Responsibilities:
Perform Setup/disconnects of routine and long term studies in the patients home or physician office Taking an accurate and detailed patient history Conducting EEG hookups using 10/20 system Upload studies and paperwork in a timely manner Cleaning and sterilizing of EEG equipment Troubleshooting equipment or patient issues, as necessary Follow HIPPA and OSHA guidelines.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, driver's license Strong bedside manner/Excellent communication skills Interact with patients, families, physicians and other care team members. EEG certification
