Full Job Description What We Offer:
Electrophysiology Technician We are looking for a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to perform technical procedures and functions for the Arrhythmia Services Department which include but are not limited to pacemaker and ICD analysis and reprogramming, record keeping and billing for device checks, remote device check analysis, and back up coverage for Holter transmission analysis and pacemaker telephone checks.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8AM-5

What We're Looking For:
Education :
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Experience :
One year of experience working in a cardiac office or hospital setting, required.
Licensure/Certification:
CCT, CRAT
obtained in 1 yr of start date, or CCDS - Certified Cardiac Device Specialist, required. Additional Skills (required): Basic knowledge of pacemaker/defibrillator function. Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to cardiology. Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets. Additional Skills (preferred): International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners Cardiac Device Certification preferred, strongly encouraged. Basic knowledge of holter/event recorders. Electronic medical records experience, particularly with EPIC.
