Job Description

Category Imaging - EP Tech Job Type Contract Experienced professionals in cardiac electrophysiology will find an excellent opportunity in this contract role focused on advanced imaging technology. This position specializes in EP procedures and supports a dynamic clinical environment dedicated to the highest standards in patient care.
Schedule/Hours:
10-hour day shifts 0630 to 1700 40 hours per week
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as an EP Tech, particularly in cardiac electrophysiology imaging Strong technical proficiency with imaging equipment used during EP procedures Competence in assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional EP studies Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Demonstrated adaptability regarding weekend rotations and call schedules Efficient, detail-oriented, and able to maintain excellent documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Support electrophysiology studies by operating specialized imaging and recording equipment Work closely with clinicians to ensure accurate data collection and optimal patient safety Maintain readiness to participate in on-call rotations, including two weekends per month and two weekdays as discussed during interview Meet holiday coverage requirements as needed during the contract period Communicate effectively with medical staff, proactively addressing procedure needs Ensure all imaging protocols are followed, troubleshooting equipment and maintaining a sterile work environment Document and report findings in accordance with facility protocols Participate in quality and safety initiatives as outlined by departmental leadership
