You'll be part of a high-performing cardiac and electrophysiology team, supporting both diagnostic and complex interventional procedures. This is a unique chance to broaden your expertise by working alongside influential leaders and expert peers, enhancing your knowledge of a variety of workplace practices and leadership styles that will set you apart. Schedule/Hours 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM 5x8hr or 4x10hr shifts Weekends and holidays as needed On call required Key Qualifications Experience in cath lab or electrophysiology required
Credentials:
RCIS, RCES, or RT Proficiency in intra-procedure cardiac mapping, ablation, implant devices, and sterile scrub technique Comprehensive understanding of electrophysiology procedures and patient safety Primary Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and manage sterile trays and specific equipment Assist with patient monitoring and positioning in procedure rooms Calibrate and manage transducers and hemodynamic monitoring equipment Support physicians through both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including device implantations and circulatory support Operate and maintain advanced imaging and recording tools (digital cine, CVIS) Recognize and interpret cardiac arrhythmias, and calculate hemodynamic data Manage vascular access, sheath removal, and ensure site hemostasis Participate in inventory control and equipment care Fulfill on-call and weekend/holiday responsibilities Benefits & Travel Perks Tax-advantaged stipends that maximize your earnings Comprehensive healthcare benefits and 401(k) for your peace of mind Premium compensation and travel assistance Reliable job security with opportunities to return or extend assignments Explore new settings and expand your professional network Seize this exciting Hartford-based assignment to accelerate your career and enjoy new adventures—apply today to join this innovative EP Tech team!
