• High school level of knowledge.
• Successful completion of Coronary Care Course or equivalent.
• Must be able to use and understand medical terminology correctly.
• Previous experience or related experience preferred.
• Must be trained in Basic Life Support and complete the ECG Interpretation class or equivalent.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Manual dexterity to apply electrodes and other monitoring equipment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Simple computer skills required (data entry and acquisition).
• Current BLS certification.
